Am I Beneficiary In A Will If I Am A Beneficiary In My Uncle's Will Can I Request A Copy Or Do I Have To Be The Executor?

If I am a beneficiary in my Uncle's Will can I request a copy or do I have to be the executor? - am i beneficiary in a will

See if the admission is open to the Probate Court, the will, a public domain and no one can. As a named beneficiary in the will, only the prosecution can manage the authorization and a copy of appeal must be sent.

No, unless your uncle wants you to have a copy, it would be stupid for them because you want to add or subtract other their will. You will receive a copy, after his uncle dies, you can try to resist the will and a copy would work together to court to enforce his will. If the guy is dead, that the executor () is usually a lawyer, that her life with your details. You are about to let you know what it is.

Not allowed to see if your uncle is still alive, you can ask him to show you, but you are.

If he is dead, you will be notified that he has inherited. Unless the executor, you have to go to court for a copy.

You are not entitled to a copy.

The only time you are in the learning process of the whole - and probably only then - is the reading of the will, if available.

* What other requests * Your uncle is not really your business.
